TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 You must be 20 years old in order to hire a car with BIKOD Rental.

 

 

 You are required to present a valid driving licence, held for at least 2 years. International driving licence is not required.

 

 

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Payment is due upon signing the car rental agreement. As to payment methods, we accept cash.

 

 

Casco insurance shall not cover compensation for the damages less than 200 Euro, the damage caused while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, driving without a valid driving license, or while the driving license is seized, as well as when the number of persons in the vehicle exceeds the number of available seats. The customer shall compensate BI KOD for damages incurred regardless of the supplementary insurance policy for Casco insurance. The supplementary insurance policy for Casco insurance does not cover damages to tires, the lower part of the vehicle, below the number plates, and minor scratches on the vehicle that needs polishing, as well as lost keys, car documents, tools and first aid equipment fees that the user shall compensate the agency in full.

 

 

Travelling outside Montenegro is only allowed with a written permission from BIKOD Rental.

 

 

During the period of the car lease in the case of an accident you need to call 122, wait for the police to make a record and then also wait for BIKOD staff to take over the vehicle. Otherwise, the customer shall bear all costs of damage or theft. It is necessary to submit a statement, even if the car is only scratched.

 

 

The supplementary insurance policy for Casco insurance does not cover damages to tires, the lower part of the vehicle, below the number plates, and minor scratches on the vehicle that needs polishing, as well as lost keys, car documents, tools and first aid equipment fees that the user shall compensate the agency in full.
In case of loosing the car keys and documents the user shall be charges a fee of 1000 Euro.

 

 

After pick up of the vehicle, the customer is obligated to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel in the tank as it was at the beginning of the lease.
In the case customer doesn't return the same amount of fuel, it will be calculated based on mileage and 0,15Q per kilometer, depending on the variation of the price of the fuel at gas stations.

 

 

Rental agreement which is signed to take over the responsibility, defines the mutual rights, agency obligations for car rental and customers.

 

 

In the case of a delay in return of the vehicle, an additional fee amounting to 1/4 of the daily rental rate per each hour of delay shall be charged.
